Blank Editor in Visual Studio 2019 · Customer Self-Service

After installing BIMLExpress in Visual Studio 2019 (Community Edition), the editor screen is blank when I attempt to open the BIML file. I can open the file with NotePad and see the BIML code.

Any ideas what could be causing the BIMLExpress editor to be blank?
