Error with BIML Express in visual studio community last release

Hi,
i have one error with BIML express, when i activate the BIML extension the tools don´t appear, other hand if i open 1 BIML file , the VS can compiling automatically ( you can see in the picture). but the BIML tools are disable and i cannot do anything
