Data Vault Acceleration - Combining Link Tables

Hi,
I'm using BimlFlex 23.1.339.0.
I'm trying to combine Link tables in the Accelerator (as shown in BimlFlex (2019) 4 of 8: Data Vault Acceleration - YouTube), yet they are not combining, instead one just sits on top of the other. 
Any direction would be great. Thanks
