Issue Upgrading BimlStudio

We have BimlStudio 2018 R3 (5.0.63501.0) installed. I'm trying to upgrade to the most recent version from the homepage (https://www.varigence.com/download/bimlstudiosetup.exe). But when I'm trying to get through the setup process I'm getting stuck at the selection of 32/64bit component and can't click next.
    
How to solve this issue?

The installer appears to be incorrectly identifying the latest version as already installed. 
        
Uninstall the currently installed version and then run the latest installer again.

Please let us know if this does not resolve the issue.
